The objects of the Offer are to achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges and the sale of up to 38,987,081 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders in the Offer. Further, the listing of Equity Shares will enhance our Company’s brand name and provide liquidity to the existing Shareholders. Our Company expects that the proposed listing will also provide a public market for the Equity Shares in India. The Selling Shareholders will be entitled to the entire p roceeds of the Offer after deducting the Offer expenses and relevant taxes thereon. Our Company will not receive any proceeds from the Offer.
