• Please Enter the USERNAME, which you have received via mail and is also confirm with your respective Relationship Manager
• Enter the PASSWORD - which is your login password and TRADE PASSWORD - which is your trading password for online trading from Jetrade, press the LOGIN button to start trading.
• Use RESET button to clear the fields, in case you have entered wrong spelling and are unable to login. But please make sure, if you enter an erroneous password on three consecutive occasions, your account will get locked. To unlock your account, please press FORGOT PASSWORD and follow Step 4.
• In case, you are still unable to login and have forgotten your password, then press FORGOT PASSWORD button and fill in the details, and enter SUBMIT.
• You will receive an auto generated mail containing the new PASSWORD and TRADE PASSWORD, with which you can start online trading by following the Step 1 & Step 2.
• You can also use Virtual Keyboard, as it is an online application to enter password with the help of a mouse.
  Advantage of a Virtual Keyboard Use of Virtual keyboard will reduce the risk of password theft. It is recommended to use this option while accessing your account from internet kiosks or from shared personal computers.
  
  Process To Use Virtual Keyboard
  Steps to use Virtual Keyboard are as follows:
  
  • Enter Login Id using Physical Keyboard.
  • Select the check box "Use Virtual Keyboard".
  • Use the Virtual Keyboard to enter the login password.
  • Once you have entered your password, click "Log-in".
  
  
  Functions of different keys on the Virtual Keyboard
  • Caps Lock: This key can be used to enter upper case if the passwords consist of capital letters.
  • Back Space: This key will clear the last character entered in the password field.
  • Clear: This key will clear all characters entered in the password field by virtual keyboard.
